CDMA SETTING FOR WINDOW XP

Step 1- Install Modem

Click Start
Click Control Panel

Click Printers and Other Hardware

Click Phone and Modem Options

Click Modem tab

Click Add Button

Tick at “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list”
Click Next

Select on “Standard Modem Types” and
Models “Standard 19200 bps Modem”.
Click Next

 

Make sure modem selected is “Standard 19200bps Modem”.
Selected port is COM 1 or COM 2 (depends on PC ports)
Click Next

 

Click Finish

Step 2- Configure Modem

Highlight Modem
“Standard 19200bps Modem”

Click Properties

Click Modem tab

Make sure Port is COM 1
Or COM 2 (depend on PC port)

Select Maximum Port Speed to
115200

Click Advanced tab

Type Extra Settings:

at+cmux=f,1;at&c2+crm=135

Click OK

Click OK

 

Step 3- Create Dialer.

Click Start

Click Control Panel

Click on “Network and Internet Connection”

Click at “Create a new connection”

Click Next

Tick at “Connect to the Internet”
Click Next

Tick at “Set up my connection manually”
Click Next

Tick at “Connect using a dial-up modem”
Click Next

Type the ISP Name: CDMA
Click Next

Type Phone No : 1515
Click Next

Tick at “Anyone’s use “
Click Next

Type User name and Password
Click Next

Tick at “Add a shortcut to my desktop”
Click Finish

 

Step 4- Configure Dialer.

Double click on “CDMA” Dialer.

Click on Properties

In General tab;
Make sure Modem is “Standard
19200 bps Modem”.

Phone number: 1515

Click Configure button

Select Maximum Port
Speed to 115200

Click OK

Click OK

Step 5: Dial to Internet

Make sure username and
Password are correct.

Phone no : 1515

Click Dial button
