ii. Request customer to try at difference places

Connection Slow

i.Check speed whether difference after and before connected

Exp:before 50Kbps now 28Kbps

Note:lighting Insulator will effect connection

. Before broken/struck lighting conenct will fail

. Lighting insulator home high resistance when atruck by lightning,signal will become drop/weak.

 

Slow in browsing,certain website
