You will receive your customised user name and password.
Activate your new Ring Ring Card via the telephone before accessing the internet. First, dial 1099 or 1 800 88 1099. Then, enter your card number and activation code.
a) Click the ‘Start’ button, click on ‘Program’ and click on ‘Accessories’.
b) Then, open ‘Dial-up Networking Box’ to create a new connection.
Type a reference name of your choice for dial-up
(you may choose any name e.g Ring Ring Card).
Enter your area code, e.g 03 for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
For telephone number, enter 1099,1,xxxxxxxxxxxx,1,1515#

Double click the Ring Ring Card icon in the Dial-up Networking box.
Enter user name and password.
Click ‘Connect’ and wait for the connection to TMnet. You have now accessed internet with your Ring Ring Card . The card will be debited according to the time you are online.
