1. Open Netscape Communicator

2. Click Communicator menu then choose Messenger.

3. Click on the Edit tab and click Preferences.

4. Click Mail and Newsgroups.

5. Click on the Identity tab.

6. Make sure the following is correct, and change the settings if necessary.

• Your Name: (your real name)
• Your Email: (your username)@tm.net.my
• Reply-to address: (your username)@tm.net.my

7. Click OK.

8. Click on the Mail Servers tab. If in Incoming Mail Server is empty, Click Add.

9. Make sure the following is correct, and change the settings if necessary.

• Incoming Mail (POP) Server: pop.tm.net.my or click Edit.

10. Click General.

• Server Name: pop.tm.net.my
• Server Type: POP3 Server
• Username: (your username) Click OK.

11. Click POP tab. Untick at Leave messages on server.

12. Click OK.

13. Then insert information for Outgoing Mail Server.

• Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.tm.net.my
• Outgoing Mail Server Username: (your username) and click OK.

11. Click on the Newsgroup Servers tab.

12. Make sure the server is news.tm.net.my or click Add.

• Server: news.tm.net.my
• Port: 119

13. Click OK.

14. Click OK.
